I’m really looking forward to the upcoming posts here because I’ve been contemplating a move to the US and specifically to Corvallis, OR. Healthcare is obviously a huge concern coming from Canada due to the massive annual costs as well as incomplete coverage. Scary for us middle-class families.

I’m curious to know the general rate for health insurance in the U.S. and how that impacts the picture, since that’s a huge additional expense borne by many in the U.S. but not in Canada.
